Instruction by Kru James Armlin, a certified Muay Thai Instructor in the Thai Boxing Association under Ajarn Chai Sirisute. Kru Armlin has trained and studied Muay Thai in Thailand and is a former Muay Thai Fighter and was a Close Combat and Hand-to-Hand Combat Instructor in the U.S. Marines. Classes are held Monday and Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and on Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM.
