One of the things I learned about Kappo from the seminar, it may be a good technique for resuscitation, but also, if you're faking being unconscious, it'll make you stop.
I was schlepping around like I had been in a car wreck for 3 days after the class.

Another thing I learned at the seminars:
From the Yoga Stretches for Martial Artists, I learned that Judokas, Jujitsukas and Akidokas can't do Tree Pose worth a flip.
Maybe we need to work on our balance in all of the classes at Seven Owl Dojo.
