LADY-SAFE is a women's-only unarmed self-defense course.
A Four Hour course using basic Ju-Jitsu techniques to teach effective self-defense. Black Belt instructors teach students how to use their minds and bodies to defend themselves in standing and prone position.
These classes are composed of basic, empty-handed, self-defense techniques that are useful in today's world.
The LADY-SAFE Classes are only open to females, creating a learning environment free of pressure. Participants should wear workout clothes. A certificate of completion is given.
